We did find time to listen to <a href="http://www.google.com/musicl?lid=A6paATvKdzI&amp;aid=AZohFejdBtJ">Thelonious Monk Quartet with John Coltrane - At Carnegie Hall</a> but that was 'round midnight and seemed a half hearted attempt at supplication given that we had also missed <a href="http://www.columbia.edu/cu/wkcr/">WKCR</a>'s 24 hour broadcast of Monk's music. Go easy on us. Next year will mark Monk's 90th.
