Last summer, 19 graduates of University College Falmouth were approached to design a poster which passed on a piece of advice they wish they had known when they started their course.

Office Ball Pit

The guys and gals at Last FM built a ball pit in their office. From looking at photographs taken of the installation, it wasn't like they had a giant open space in their headquarters screaming for a ball pit. They simply read about someone else who made a ball pit, were inspired by the idea, and, 19 hours later, had it done.

So. . . I don't know. . . it's just a thought. Let's say you have this section of your office that isn't being used. Preferably it's in the shape of a square or a rectangle. Oh yeah, it needs to be enclosed by walls. . .

Is Christmas over? Here's a great clip via Boing Boing, via Digg, (which could mean you've already seen this...)

Reminds me of the first episode of Twin Peaks I ever saw, with the dwarf in the Red Room. Totally twisted my head around.

Kung Fu Christmas

Here's a holiday song I haven't heard before. "Kung Fu Christmas" was written by Christopher Guest and Paul Shafer for National Lampoon Radio Hour in 1974. Of course this was the same year that the Carl Douglas's song "Kung Fu Fighting" was a big hit. Now, why would someone want to parody the song "Kung Fu Fighting?"

Become an Artist a Collagist in 2 Minutes or Less!

Max Ernst said,

Collage is the noble conquest of the irrational, the coupling of two realities, irreconcilable in appearance, upon a plane which apparently does not suit them.

NAG (net.art generator) says,

The net.art generator automatically produces net.art on demand.

This version of the net.art generator creates images. The resulting image emerges as a collage of a number of images which have been collected on the WWW in relation to the 'title' you have chosen. The original material is processed in 12-14 randomly chosen and combined steps.

Let the time wasting begin!
