Can't Get There From Here
I updated our sidebar today. Someone said our address needed to be on the site, so voila. Interestingly enough, if you are using Firefox you can install Greasemonkey and these Greaseroute scripts to make mapping our location even easier. As a side note, I'm trying to make our sidebar Microformat friendly.
Another thing to point out - today is Michael Stipe's birthday.
Out With The Old, In With The New
Goodbye 2006! You were an extraordinary year. How appropriate that "The Year of The Dog" was also the year of our company's birth. O ancient, oriental, lunisolar calendar, you were too good to us. So it's kind of hard to say goodbye. Is it really over? We had such a good thing going. How can we be sure? How do we really know this relationship is over?
With that in mind, Brother Dave sent us this bit of break-up web goodness:
How To Tell When A Relationship Is Over
You can also watch this fine film at DepicT, an amazing competition (and a handsome website) that challenges filmmakers around the world to create "mini-masterpieces" in 90 seconds or less.

What Happens When Our Favorite Website Meets Our Favorite SFX
Recently Boing Boing covered "Hollywood's favorite scream." We love it too.
The back story on the Wilhelm Scream can be found here.

A Telemarketer's Nightmare 2
Usually I don't go for the radio-jock-prank-phone-call-bit but Brother Dave recommended this one and it's pretty durn funny. Look out though. The audio loads directly when you visit the page and it's LOUD.
(BTW, Telemarketers have been hounding us since we've announced our new business, so these days we're greatly appreciative of any successful phone solicitor revenge gags you might have heard.)
Amateur Chops 2
Our buddy Dylan sent this video our way. Dylan plays drums for The Mudville Project. I think it would be safe to say that he was more impressed by the editing that went into this video than the drumming.
Corduroy
The Corduroy Appreciation Club's annual meeting was last Saturday. If you poke around their website you can find out why they like to meet once a year on the day 11|11.

Thank you Softlightes.
Plan 59 3
Plan 59 is an incredible gallery of 1950's print advertsiments. There's tons of stuff here that we find pleasing to the eye. Of course we like all of the ads featuring dogs, but we also like the old radios, this air conditioner, Greater Philadelphia. . . The Land of Everything and beer. Speaking of beer, did you know that the goodness of Malt fortifies your healthful pleasures?
